I am beginning to focus much better in the classroom at school. However, I have a few side effects: Trouble falling to sleep, no appetite, and moodiness. Also, recently in a high-pressure softball game I uncharacteristically became very nervous and jumpy. My heartbeat was increased and I felt a strange tingling from the back of my head to my upper back. Should I be worried?
