i took the drug since i was in 3rd grade its the worse decision i ever let my parents make me do. i have been off for 2 years and glad to be school is hareder but in life what isnt

Consider having a heavy metal test done. Heavy metal(lead, mercury, cadmium)overload can make it difficult to focus. There are many safe ways to remove heavy metals from your body. You may also want to consider having an amino acid panel done.
In the mean time avoid all food that contains artificial sweeteners and artificial food coloring.
