adderall does it fry your brain?

i take adderall and i talk to a lot of people who take it, and i have had a few people tell me that after taking it for such a long time that they developed a whole in there brain. i know that if you do cocaine for a lot of years that it can do this. adderall is a lot like cocaine so can it eat away your brain function?
