ketchup NEW

It is amazing how our brain filters certain things, I have experienced many similar cases to the one you mentioned about the ketchup and it always makes me laugh. Unfortunately the part where you can predict the future is not always funny...

ADHD and predictions NEW

We are too impatient to wait for things to unfold so we make our best guess based on observations. Over time we improve. I notice something similar too when I'm looking for stuff, if it's not where I expect I won't be able to find it. Or for example if I am looking for ketchup with a red label I will never see the ketchup with the blue label. Even if it's right in front of me. It drives my boyfriend crazy. Basically I don't have the patience to scan the whole fridge so my brain looks for shortcuts, and only sees red things. Anyone else do this? Also, when I'm driving I'm very good at guessing what other cars will do, ie change lanes etc.

ADHD & better at predicting
by: Deborah Merlin

I feel that ADHD people tend to be more intuitive. By not focusing on one thing, but rather scanning the environment, we trained ourselves to be aware of everything. It heightens our physic ability. It's a gift.
I often have dreams that came true too.
