Below are 3 videos for the ADHD child diet review that I did. I was sent a diet of a child to examine and determine if it was healthy or not. The parents thought that their son's diet was healthy and not causing any health problems for him.
I told the parents to write down what their son would eat and drink on a daily basis and send it to me and I would do a review on it.
I keep finding that parents think that the diet they have for their children is a good and healthy one. I find that this is not the case and they just don't know.
