ADHD Combined Type

The Combined Type is what I have. It is all the symptoms of ADHD (view this page for more about these symptoms). Those are, inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

To help reduce the symptoms, medication is not required as some say. I have successfully reduced my symptoms and I don't need medication. I can do things that I normally couldn't do before like read 600 page medical books.

To accomplish this, you must have a diet for ADHD. Basically it means, all fresh food (the stuff that is good for you). Visit the diet page for more about what I have done with my diet.
