ADHD Education, Step 1

The first step that I took to help my ADHD symptoms was to educate myself about ADHD. This really is a life long thing and should not ever stop.

The information and studies that come out about ADHD continue to progress year by year, so you have a lot of reading to do.

The more you learn about ADHD, the more you learn about yourself or the person you are trying to help.

I have wives with ADHD that thank me for this site. They send their husbands to it so that their husbands can learn about them. One wife said that I saved her marriage that was headed for divorce.

Another one said, "Thanks so much....and thanks from my hub who says I'm much more tolerable!"

How is it that I am such a great magic worker? Education. (that I provide)

It can be the difference between people suffering or living in harmony, marriage or divorce.

When I was 18, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I took medication for a few months and then gave it up. I have struggled through life ever since then.

In 2005, I took a Comp I class. I struggled really bad. Not because I couldn't write, but because I couldn't focus on what I was doing. For my research project I did a paper on ADHD. This was great because I started to see myself over the years where I struggled.

I could see why I was having problems with different things. I quickly found myself in many of the symptoms and decided that I needed to do something to help myself or I would continue to struggle.

I did some research on the medications to find out how dangerous they really were. I found natural products that would help ease the symptoms.
