Build Relationships, Step 2

After I completed my research paper and learning all kinds of great things, good and bad, I continued with "real world" research. I talked to people I knew that had information about ADHD. I talked to them about how it affected them.

I asked how they coped with their symptoms.

I talked to doctors about ADHD. I know that diet and alternatives help, so I would question them to see where they were at. Many doctors don't know anything about alternatives and diet so they say it doesn't work.

So when talking to people, learn all you can but also know that some people just don't know. They don't know that you can help ADHD symptoms without drugs.

Once you learn about ADHD and how it can be helped, you can be a resource to people around you. A lot of parents are searching for help with their depressed and/or hyperactive child(ren).

If you do have things to share, be sure to visit the ADHD Research page to find out how you can help this site with your knowledge.

This is a great way to help thousands of people every year just by sharing one thing or it can be a continuous thing.
