Does My Child Have ADHD, Signs of ADHD

If you are asking this question, "Does my child have ADHD?", you are not alone. Many people are asking this question about their children. You can get a diagnosis from a doctor to determine this but you can take a guess by the signs of ADHD and ADHD child symptoms that your child displays.

If you get a diagnosis from a doctor, they just confirm that your child has ADHD and then send them for medication treatment. You can help your child without medication and you don't need a diagnosis.

What is the purpose of the diagnosis? Just to say yes this child has it, but what then? The medications are very dangerous and some are even deadly. You can help your child naturally.

A Dr. friend of my told me a story about her teenage son. He drank a caffeine drink and told her that it calmed him down for some reason. She instantly knew what that meant. Caffeine tends to calm people with ADHD instead of the opposite of others, it speeds them up.

This isn't a way to diagnose the child but it will certainly give you an idea.

I have an assessment that you can print and fill out. It is one of the types of assessments that doctors give to patients during the assessment process.

ADHD Assessment Checklist

It is a free assessment that is based on signs of ADHD and ADHD child symptoms as well as adult symptoms.
