Diet Change Really Works

by Sigrour Jonsdottir
(Iceland)

I have been looking into the diet more clearly. I started a diet for ADHD. I donīt drink coffee, milk, don't eat gluten, and I have taken out all additives. I Dont eat Bananas, pears, or grapes. I also take omega 3, omega 6 and 9 plus magnesium, zinc and calcium, lecithin.

I donīt have enough words to describe the calmness and the energy I have. I donīt have any moore pain in my shoulders like I did before, I donīt sweat like I did and I can pause in the moment. (I am calm and I am experiencing serenety in the moment) This is amazing!

Not Everything Works the Same For Everyone
by: TJ Chambers

Correct,

Diet will work for some and not others. Not everyone is the same. Everyone don't live in the same area.

I changed my diet and it helped a little. But it didn't Completely change my life.

I started using the liquid vitamin, and that is what changed my live. I still keep a strict diet because when I eat certain things, I can feel it spin my brain or cause hyperactive problems.

So you start with diet change and then go to the next step. The next step is supplementation.
