Emotional Affects of Adderall

I take 20 mg of adderall to help me in school, and before i was put on adderall i had concerta, concerta made me depressed so i tried something new, and now adderall is having the same emotional affects on me, i feel like never talking with anyone, i have a low tolerance for anyone asking me questions when im trying to focus. ex. if im sitting on the computer after school and my dad asks how my day was; i react as leave me alone! its almost like this drug is taking my emotions away. Very strange and uncomfortable cause im not myself. Ive thought of a lower dose but 20 mg isnt that much.
