Postit Notes ADHD Calendar and Planner

by TJ Chambers

This video shows an idea of using a postit notes on a calendar. This one is great because it is on a wall for everyone to see. It also has a color coordination that is great for separating out the events which may otherwise blur together.

You could use this in addition to the idea that I came up with which is using your mobile phone and your computer together. This way, if your not home, you still know what needs to be down. That idea is on this page Adult ADHD ADD Calendar Planner

The downside to this postit note calendar is the use of paper. You can only use it once unless you use a pencil. The postits may get knocked off or taken down without being completed and you wouldn't know what was there (unless you used the mobile phone and computer also).

Instead of paper, you could use a dry erase calendar with different color markers. You could draw boxes around each item which would give the same effect but without using so much paper. It also would cut down on cost of having to keep buying paper.
