September 2007 ADHD Achiever

I am 28 years and I was diagnosed when I turned 18. I can only think that it took so long because of the lack of information that we had.
When my mom said to me, "TJ, sit down and stop moving" and I replied, "I can't stop moving", one would think that it would be a sign of something.

With the combined type, I have lots of problems doing things. I don't use medication. I use a vitamin and mineral supplement combined with Omega 3. This has changed my life. I have never felt so great. I have used several kinds of vitamin and mineral supplements but this newest one newest one far exceeds the rest.
It has really helped to bring my body in order so it can function better. I have been building this site for over a month. I had some preparations before starting.

The site has been online now for 1 month. At first, things were really exciting. I was working really hard.

I did a lot of reading and watched hours of tutorial videos. That alone was an accomplishment. I was able to stay focused and concentrate for long periods of time.

I created my own site image. I came up with the idea for the site myself. I am always teaching people about health and my specialty, ADHD. I decided to teach the world. With my experiences in life, everyone can learn from them.

I am still working on my site. At times I get distracted or bored (normal disorder problem). I continue to push myself till I put all the pages I want on my site. That will take a while before that is accomplished.

I want to help those with the same disorder to live a fulfilled life. The only way this can be done is by all of us learning about this disorder. That way we can understand the people who have it.
