thankyou so much for this website! i'm ADHD because my mom was and it's really nice to finally get some insight of the disorder that i've had since i was diagnosed at age seven.i'll keep this diet in mind next time i eat. also this would explain my extremely random and harsh mood swings, and my getting sick if i eat donuts in the morning before school. thankyou so much! this helped me understand myself in a whole new light!
