ADD & Spiritual

I have been diagnosed with ADD at age 58 & have made the connection since I joined a Spiritual Circle that meets monthly to discuss experiences, energy work, etc.

I was struck by the number of us that had ADD. I have always been somewhat intuitive,
practice meditation, see auras, see visions during meditation and am realizing that not everybody has these experiences.

I grew up in a skeptical family so I have always attributed things that I see when my eyes are closed as some physiological phenomena...versus psychic. I find myself seeking to know more about this other dimension that I am aware of and am starting to value.

I can do self hypnosis to go through dental work with no pain reliever, have vivid & lucid dreams.. Just little stuff like that. I remember experiences as a kid that were mysteries.

So now I am just trying to compare notes with other ADD or spiritually aware individuals.
