Dr Mercola is discussing ADHD and heavy metal toxicity with Dr David Ayoub. They mention that the toxicity from aluminum can come from things like Capri Sun drinks (which I have said not to drink), coffee cups, pots and pans, immunization shots, flu shots, baking soda, deodorant (may be causing breast cancer too!), and many other things.

Very important to understand this and how it effects behavior and functionality.

You want non pourous metals. I stay away from the non stick materials because the chemicals that get into your body.

I use good stainless steel or enameled cast iron. Not limiting to those 2 types but those are the 2 that I know of.

Non enameled cast iron will leach bad iron into your food.
