Hooked on Adderall

by Jim
(OH)

I am 37, and began taking 15mg of adderall a day in September. It really helped me focus on my work, which was my number one problem. I was increased to 30mg a day in November, and am now at 40mg per day. The problem? I finish them in two weeks or less, and then have to wait until the next month to get another prescription. This has been going on for two months, and I now know I have to tell the nurse practitioner at my psych dr.'s office that I'm hooked, and need something else. Bottom line-it's a great medication for adhd, as long as you don't get HOOKED!
