MY NOW 11 AND 8 YR OLDS WERE BOTH DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD, WHILE MY 11 YR OLD MATURED AND CONTROLS BEHAVIOR ENOUGH TO NOT NEED MEDS MY 8 YR OLD STRUGGLES DAILY. THE PROBLEM IS IF I DIDN'T TELL YOU THEY HAD ADHD YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW UNLESS THEY FORGOT TO TAKE THE MEDS AS ORDERED. BOTH OF MY CHILDREN MAKE STRAIGHT A'S AND ALWAYS HAVE. MY 8 YR OLD TESTED GIFTED WHEN DOING THE TESTING FOR ADHD BUT DID HAVE THE INCONSISTENCIES THAT FOLLOW ALONG WITH ADHD. ANYWAYS THEY ARE BOTH EXTREMELY SMART AND SUFFER FROM ADHD.
