it helped my concentration better in class. it also did decrease my appetite but not to an unreasonable level. i enjoyed it b/c i didnt have to eat as much to get full and i did notice a more long term energy. also my appetitie changed for different more healthy foods which i think helped me as i started working out. i got a six pack in 4 weeks (not from the medecine) but also b/c it was easier to manage and concentrate on my workout schedule and i ate healthier foods which helped as well. i did do some research and found out it slows down the nerve responses in your brain the things tht connect different parts which helps you concentrate easier but only one one thing which i dislike. thts my thoughts on adderall interested tho on how it will affect me long term not too excited about tht..
