Hi I'm Stephen Tonti and I do at least 20 different things.

While I'm watching this video of Stephen at a Ted talk, I started to laugh at how many things he does. This is all to familiar with myself at all the things I enjoy doing. Partially because I get bored and want to do something else and also because I see something else to be interested in that seems fun, exciting, or interesting.

He also shares that he has ADHD. In this video he talks about what he thinks ADHD is. He talks about the issue how we can hyperfocus on something that we are really interested in. My wife complains about that all the time.

Its a good short video to hear from someone that has lived with ADHD all their life.

See the video below.

Stephen talks about a lot of the good with ADHD which tends to get missed because of the bad that comes with it. This is where I enjoy helping people to reduce the bad side effects which helps people with ADHD become functional and easier to be around.

I appreciate how he says it is not simply a disorder but a difference in cognition, attention different, not deficit. I hope that the more people learn about ADHD, they stop trying to medicate it and help the child or adult be successful in what they are gifted at.

Also, there are things that need to be addressed with their bodies. We have a weak digestive system, which also means we lack in proper nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, enzymes). There may also be additional issues to be addressed like candida, thyroid issue, food allergies, toxins, etc.

These can cause an abundance of energy and bloodsugar issues. These increase the symptoms of ADHD but they can be decreased with the proper education.

Stephen shared about a friend and his experience with a teacher that basically said this child does, feels, says nothing. Good, he is not disruptive anymore. Such a sad thing for a child to be medicated like this.

My passion is to educate how to be a functional person with ADHD, naturally, and medication free.
