ADHD Diet and Choosing a Protein Powder

A protein shake is a good way to have a quick snack or meal. A lot of the protein powders out there are not good for you. They are loaded with artificial ingredients and sweeteners which makes them high in carbs.

This is not good for ADHD. This video shows one of the best protein powders I have come across.

I forgot that there is another protein powder by Eniva but it cost more and it doesn't taste or smell that good.
