ADHD is Getting worse

I'm 16 and I have ADHD. I was diagnosed with it when I was in 4th grade. I have trouble falling and staying asleep, even though I take sleeping pills. Over the years it seems like it's gotten worse and worse. When I was younger, I thought you simply grew out of it. Instead, it is harder for me to stay calm, even when I take my medicine for it. I'm terrified that one day it will get so bad that My ability to function will be completely dependent on my medicine. My brother (21) and my sister (11) also have ADHD, but it doesn't seem to bother them as much. Sometimes if I don't take my medicine, there will be moments when I start shaking and spazzing out because I can't control myself. What do I do? I can't stand it

Eat protein for breakfast and avoid sugar and anything made with artificial food coloring.
