How a Mom and Nurse with PCOS Had A Complete Transformation in 21 days

by TJ

Below is an interview I did with a mom and nurse with PCOS that was battling a weight gain of 40 lbs in 2 years, panic attacks and anxiety, migraines, carb and salt cravings, and the lack of energy throughout the day.

She followed my suggestions and completely changed her life and losing 10lbs in 30 days at the same time. When you listen to this interview, you will hear how she thought her diet was fine and she counted calories to make sure she didn't over due it. Somehow, she still had health issues and weight gain she couldn't get rid of.

She did try a diet for 2 weeks but didn't continue with it.

We talk about my diet and how I eat and she didn't think it was necessary to eat that way.

Update 9/13/2016

I spoke to my sister about her progress. In the interview below she completed 3 weeks and lost 5 lbs. She made it to 30 days and lost an additional 5 lbs in the 4th week. I brought this to her attention when she said she lost 10lbs in 30 days.

She said people are making comments about how good her skin looks. One of the doctors where she works noticed how she was eating and said everyone should model her eating habits. After the interview, she realized so many things she forgot to mention of how her life has changed.

Listen to the interview now and leave your comments below.
