Light bulb moment

by Han'nah

For years I have struggled with stayin focused in class and with anxiety. I only focus if I am up and moving or playing with something in my hands. I started popping my knuckles as a result of my not being able to focus. I started having major issues with depression and suicidal thoughts and my father caught me and took me to a councilor. Within about three weeks of visiting with her she asked me if I had ever been diagnosed with ADHD. I didn't and the thought never crossed my mind! But I cannot begin to tell you how good it feels to finally pinpoint the problem and now I can deal with it just fine!
