My name is Kim Bundy i am 18 years old. When i was about 5 or 6 my pshychiatrist said that i may have adhd but i never listened to them and i always used to walk out of the sessions, now i regret walking out of them sessions as my behaviuor still hasnt changed and a couple of month ago i got told by a different pshychiatriast that i may have adhd. I really want to find out whether i do or dont have adhd as it is payng on my mind most of the time and I can barely get anything done as im always thinking about. I have also done a load of online adhd tests and the results of them have benn the same as what everyone said. Who should I go and see about it and what should i do?
