B Vitamins and Benefits

B1 Thiamin

Thiamin helps to convert glucose into energy. It is required for the brain's and nervous system's operation. It helps with the brain's ability to use the energy, from the glucose, to keep normal mental functioning.

B2 Riboflavin

Riboflavin supports the body's cells is used to make enzymes that release energy to the cells. It also helps to boost the body's immune system. Fully functioning cells are very important for the body to be fully functioning.

B3 Niacin

Niacin supports energy production and other chemical reactions. It can counter occasional sleeplessness, aid sleep, and support healthy airway systems. Some people don't get enough oxygen to their body and it looks like they have ADHD. Also, others don't get quality sleep/rest and they don't have the concentration or focus that also resembles ADHD.

B5 Pantothenic Acid

Pantothenic acid also supports energy like the other B vitamins. It also supports the adrenal gland hormones. It is possible that the adrenal gland is not functioning properly which throws off the thyroid and then makes symptoms like ADHD. This is total speculation on my part right now and I am looking into this. This seems to be my problem right now. More to come on this.

It also helps to strengthen the immune system.

B6 Pyridoxine

Pyriodoxine also has a supportive role for energy. It works with proteins to get them to amino acids so the body can use them. It has direct effects on minerals and neurotransmitters which is part of the nervous system. It also helps the blood cells from sticking together in lumps like many blood analysis show. It also supports healthy airways and may help with strengthening the immune system.

B9 Folic Acid

Folic Acid has a direct role in cell growth and maintenance. It may help with preventing birth defects, mental function and strengthening the immune system. That is why it is one of the main ingredients in prenatal vitamins that expecting mothers take.

B12 Cobalamin

Cobalamin makes red blood cells and DNA. B12 vitamin supports the immune system by maintaining the cells. It is one of the essential vitamins to make sure the nervous system runs correctly. Cobalamin is essential in the support of the brain tissue. There are lists of neurological issues that lead back to a vitamin B12 deficiency.

So you can see, yes B12 vitamin and ADHD have a relationship together. By the current research, it seems like a great idea to take B vitamins for ADHD and not just B12. It's not that it is a treatment for it but the symptoms may be from a deficiency of the vitamin.

Why take your vitamins in a capsule, powder, or pill form? All you are doing is putting them back into liquid form through the digestion process. Use a product that already has B vitamins in a liquid form and formulated for easy assimilation into your body. Most products can't deliver that. I have changed my life by using a

liquid vitamin and mineral supplement.
