Thiamin helps to convert glucose into energy. It is required for the brain's and nervous system's operation. It helps with the brain's ability to use the energy, from the glucose, to keep normal mental functioning.
Riboflavin supports the body's cells is used to make enzymes that release energy to the cells. It also helps to boost the body's immune system. Fully functioning cells are very important for the body to be fully functioning.
Niacin supports energy production and other chemical reactions. It can counter occasional sleeplessness, aid sleep, and support healthy airway systems. Some people don't get enough oxygen to their body and it looks like they have ADHD. Also, others don't get quality sleep/rest and they don't have the concentration or focus that also resembles ADHD.

Cobalamin is essential in the support of the brain tissue. There are lists of neurological issues that lead back to a vitamin B12 deficiency.
