Many people want help with ADHD. I have shared my personal experiences and findings with many people. I watched as their eyes lit up when they learned something they never knew.
Some of the things I share in this site are about keeping an ADHD diet, using a liquid vitamin, ADHD alternative treaments, and ADHD medicine treatments.
Also, some people don't know what the difference is between ADHD and ADD. I answer that question on my site.
I have been a resource to only the people around me, in Kansas City. I decided to build this site to reach out and help people around the world.
I want to help you. I want to help you help others with ADHD. In order to be helped and help others, we must prepare ourselves.

There are ways to help and prepare. We must bring awareness of this disorder by educating ourselves and others about ADHD. By doing this, we can support and help the ones we love (or ourselves) who suffer from this.

We also must be willing to change. Two of the most important decisions are keeping an ADHD diet and using a good liquid vitamin that can help strengthen the body to bring itself into order. This takes sacrifice, discipline, and can even be costly.
I know what it is like to be different than everyone else. Because I have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I have to work much harder to do things that (I call) "normal" people can do with ease. Things that require sitting still and concentrating. That pretty much covers everything in life.
Think of times in everyday life where sitting still or concentrating is needed. Here are some examples.
